I have been to the Seward, and have consequently developed strong feelings on how much you should charge for your food if you don't bring it out to me, don't remove my dirty dishes and don't wipe the tables clean when I'm gone. My breakfast (eggs and potatoes scrambled together) was stone cold. If the choice is between non-organic and hot vs. organic and stone cold...well, that's a tough choice. And one that needn't be made with all of the other fine options around. In fairness, my experience may have been anomalous, but it keeps their status with me as "questionable" rather than "favorable".

Fantastic hash browns.
